Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@inspac.store with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, dispatched, or is out for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Cancellation Refund

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Since no advance payment is collected for COD orders, no refund is applicable for cancelled COD orders.

Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.
