Cancellation Policy

At Inspac, we understand that you may need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@inspac.store with your order number.

  • Once an order has been shipped, dispatched, or is out for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Cancellation Refund

  • If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Since no advance payment is collected for COD orders, no refund is applicable for cancelled COD orders.

  • Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.
